Rev 14:13  And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Our deepest condolences to the family of dear Sister Rose. Sister Rose, in the short time that we knew you, you had such a powerful impact upon us. Being new to Croydon Church you were one of the very first to greet and embrace myself and the boys. As babes in Christ, you taught us the meaning of the church being a family and not just a place of worship, we felt so welcomed. We shall miss your smile, miss your hugs, the front row will never be the same again. Goodnight Mother Rose, sleep well. 🌹xxxx

Mother Rose – what a wonderful woman of God! A true mother in the body of Christ. I am so glad I had the privilege of knowing her and fellowshipping with her. She was a praying woman with a great sense of humour. Family, may you be comforted and be assured that her prayers remain and are being answered by the Lord.

First and foremost our heartfelt condolences to the Rose family. I wish these were normal times as I most certainly would have made the trip over England to be there at the funeral. I have known sister Rose and the family for most of my life. At various points growing up I would be a regular visitor to the family home where sister Rose would treat me as one of her own. Sister Rose was a selfless, generous and loving person, it was impossible to go to the house and not be offered food to eat – and often times… Read more »

To the Rose Family I would like to extend my sincere condolences to you all. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the funeral service in person, but please accept this brief tribute in honour of your dearly departed mother. Evangelist Rose was a true woman of God – one who obeyed the Word, lived by faith, and prayed without ceasing. She also continually denied herself for the sake of others. The good Lord afforded me the privilege of worshipping and praying with this powerful woman of prayer, and I was also blessed to have worked with her during… Read more »

I have known Sis Rose for many years. She was a woman who loved God and depended on Him to take control of her life. She was a powerful woman of prayer, who believed that there was NOTHING impossible for God to do. She also loved encouraging others to trust His too. Whenever Sister Rose got down on her knees to pray, you knew this was serious as she was letting the Almighty know how urgent her request was, and her faith in Him was continually strengthened by each answered prayer. Sister Rose will be greatly missed. Sleep on Sister… Read more »
