Uncle Ron’s kindness and generosity to family and friends extended to others also. He is remembered for his gentle manner. Soft spoken he always encouraged others to be good and do good. My grandfather JJ Crawford was his uncle. I am a better person because of him. The world needs more people like him. May he rest in peace. Prayers and condolences to his family. 🙏🙏

Sending prayers and sympathy to the bereaved family…. Grandad Rennal is such a wonderful man. I got the chance of a lifetime of meeting a centenarian who was such a kind and witty person when we had our vacation with the family of my brother in-law (Maurice) and sister (Mia) last 2017 and Christmas 2018. Though these were quite short visits, I was able to learn a lot from Grandad on what life is all about… of being kind always and living with gratitude. All the stories of your life’s adventure are such great inspirations. We will miss you Grandad… Read more »

The last time I saw my dear Uncle Ron, was September 2018. I was visiting my England for my High school reunion. Uncle looked so strong and happy for a 99 year old man. Mr. Burton, affectionately called Uncle Ron, was a family orientated person with a great appreciation for his heritage. As a child, Uncle Ron grew up with my grandfather, J J Crawford. In 1986 I had the pleasure of spending the summer with him and Aunt Grace. I can still remember the lively conversations we had while driving around London. Ever so often when I called to check upon him, he would always remind me of the importance of family, and express his gratitude for my keeping in touch . Rest In Power # Uncle Ron

I have had the pleasure, of sharing many varied conversations with Mr. Burton over the years, he was a critical thinker, witty and wise man indeed.
Often times he would regale me with stories of the early years of arrival in the UK, we would laugh a lot.
Mr Burton was always immaculately attired, he was the embodiment of decency and generosity.
I consider it both an honour and a privilege to spend time with my beloved centenarian cousin Mr Rennal Burton,
May his soul continue to rest in perpetual peace, to rise in glory, till we meet again.
Mr Burton, was a cousin who lived as brother with my Granddad. He was my Godfather and always remind me and was kind to me. He always tell me about the goodness of God. He welcome me all the time and always have plenty time fo me no matter how long I spend. He cook for me and many time ask me to go buy fish and chips for us. He is helpful always happy to take you home when he drives if you needed a lift. Never seen to have problem, except when the council over charge him council… Read more »
